Pimp C's Greatest Hits! [CD Cover]

This is suppose to be the official cover for the late sexy boy, Pimp C's greatest hits CD. Any thoughts on it? Personally I will be one of the first to go out and get it, I love Pimp C. I hope that on his greatest hits CD, or something that they can include some of the tracks he was working on for his new CD before he passed away. It would be too much of a shame to let those great tracks go to waste

Mr. Incredible Hulk (AKA David Banner) tells Billboard.com he has two more
releases ready to go as well as some fresh film roles and a weight-loss
DVD on the runway.
Banner says he actually abandoned "The Greatest Story..." at one point during the recording, instead working on another album called "13" that will be its follow-up. "It's different than anything anybody's ever heard," Banner explains. "It's acid blues hip-hop. Everybody that's heard it don't know what to call it."

Banner has also recorded a companion album for his Adult Swim cartoon show, "That Crook'd 'Sipp" which will come out later this year. And with credits already in "Black Snake Moan" and "This Christmas," he's filmed a role in "Days of Wrath," which also features Laurence Fishburne, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Ana Claudia Talancon and Wilmer Valderrama. "It's gonna be our generation's 'Scarface,'" Banner enthuses.


After losing 54 pounds through a diet and exercise regimen, Banner is making a DVD to encourage others to do the same. "Young black and Latinos now are dying from heart attacks at 28 and 30 years old," Banner notes. "Hopefully through my transformation I can get to people in the hood and encourage them. I honestly think I put 20 years on my life -- I really do. I want more people to be able to do that."

The Houston rapper and R&B singer Lil Mo will take the stage tonight at Touch in Manhattan to perform at ESPN The Magazine’s annual NFL Pre-Draft Party. Director Spike Lee,
and New York Giants stars Osi Umenyiora, Amani Toomer, and Brandon
Jacobs are scheduled to attend the festivities as well. Jones recently
announced his long-delayed sophomore LP, Voice of the Streets, will be
released this July. The next single from the project will be “Cuddy
Buddy,” featuring Lil' Wayne, T-Pain, and Twista.

Trapped!! (Not R. Kelly Style)

So this has been a pretty big hit, I saw it a few days ago. This is the elevator security footage of Nickolas White, who was trapped in a elevator in New York City's McGraw-Hill building for 41 hours! Imagine being trapped in a elevator, alone for nearly two days.This of course is a condensed version of the ordeal.

When I heard about this remix, I was kind of surprised.. That Beyonce was on it. Of course the Weezy F. Baby was going to be on a remix, but it was a surprisingly good addition to the song. The whole feel of the song sounds a little more mellow, but all and all a good remix.

The Kayne Break Up

The latest word out on that Kanye fellow is, long time fiance Alexis Phifer have called off their engagement. Via a statement to People, the rapper-producer’s fiancée of 18 months, Alexis Phifer, confirmed rumors floating around, and says the couple are still friends. “It’s always sad when things like this end, and we remain friends,” says Phifer. “I wish him the best in his future and all of his endeavors. He’s one of the most talented people I’ve ever met.”

“They’d been having problems,” a friend of West’s told the site. “Kanye is really focused on his show; he’s putting everything into the show right now. Alexis is a nice girl, but Kanye has been going through a rough time. They hit a rough patch and for now they’ve split.”
The couple has been off and on since 2002, and reportedly became
engaged over dinner during a vacation on the island of Capri in August
2006.

Michael Jackson's New CD Cover?

This is a rumored cover for Michael Jackson's new CD, titled, "Michael Jackson". The CD if all goes well should be in stores fall 08.

So far word has been said that Akon, Ne-Yo, and Will.I.Am will be featured guests on the album.

Usher's New CD: Here I Stand

From hopeful sources, the album to be should come out on May 27 2008. Originally it was hoped to be release last november.

The only song to be officially release, and as the first single, Love in this Club has been getting quite a lot of play time. The official remix was release 2 weeks ago, with T.I recently out from his house arrest singing the opening verse. For hopefuls, or music fans; a few other songs have been leaked onto the internet. Of which a song called, "I Can't Win" has been one of my favorites.

The Spirit

The Spirit, is a fictional American masked crime-fighter, created by writer-artist Will Eisner in 1940, who starred in a Sunday-newspaper comic-book insert. The Spirit chronicled the adventures of a masked vigilante who fought crime with the blessing of the city's police commissioner, an old friend. Despite the Spirit's origin as a detective named Denny Colt, his real identity was virtually unmentioned again and for all intents and purposes he was simply "The Spirit". The stories ranged through a wide variety of styles, from straightforward crime drama and film noir to lighthearted adventure, from mystery and horror to comedy and love stories, often with hybrid elements that twisted genre and expectations.

To me it looks like this movie is like Sin City 2, which comes out in 2009.
